We all have a story. Some of our stories are filled with joy and laughter. Others hold shame, pain, and deep rooted fears. I have known both. It was through my journey of darkness, disappointment, and pain that I found my truest self. I am a woman set free by the power of love, grace, and hope. Once I found myself healed and whole, (well, mostly healed, as we are all on a lifelong journey of growth and becoming!) I knew I wanted to help others find their freedom, purpose, and healing.

Life is hard. There are unexpected events, difficult relationships, and disappointing seasons. Some of these seasons hold grief, trauma, and incredible suffering. As a Professional Christian Counselor I am committed to traveling alongside you in your journey through the dark valleys and confusing emotions. We are not meant to travel alone. I have been a Professional Christian Counselor since 2009, with the span of my clientele reaching across the United States and various countries.
